DSA and Agent Registration Fee: Loanixs Finance India does not collect any fees for DSA (Direct Selling Agent) or Agent registration anywhere in PAN India. We do not solicit or accept any payments from individuals or entities seeking to become agents or representatives of Loanixs Finance India.
Responsibility for Unauthorized Demands: If any individual or entity claims to represent Loanixs Finance India and demands fees, charges, or cash payments under any pretext, whether for processing, file handling, DSA registration, or agent registration, it should be noted that Loanixs Finance India does not endorse or engage in such practices. We hereby declare that we are not responsible for any unauthorized demands made by individuals or entities claiming affiliation with Loanixs Finance India.
Reporting Unauthorized Activities: Borrowers, potential agents, or any other concerned parties are encouraged to report any instances of unauthorized demands or activities claiming association with Loanixs Finance India to our official channels. We take such reports seriously and will investigate them thoroughly.
Legal Action Against Fraudulent Practices: Loanixs Finance India reserves the right to take legal action against individuals or entities engaged in fraudulent practices, including misrepresentation of our company or solicitation of unauthorized fees on behalf of Loanixs Finance India.
